TL;DR

This site doesn't track you. We don't set cookies. We don't sell your data. The only personal data we hold is what you send us through the contact form or by email.

What we collect

There are no accounts or sign-ups. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message as an email, and keep them so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. The same goes for any email you send to zero@friction0.com.

To keep spam out, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automation when you use the form. It doesn't set tracking cookies or show a puzzle unless it has to.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and stores only aggregated visit data. It doesn't fingerprint your device or link visits back to an individual.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Third parties

Cloudflare: hosts this site (CDN), delivers contact form messages to us by email, protects the form with Turnstile, and provides cookieless Web Analytics.
Fonts: Archivo and Red Hat Mono are served from this site, so your browser never contacts a font service when you load it.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, Brazil, California, or another jurisdiction with comparable laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email zero@friction0.com and we'll act on it.

Retention

Messages and email correspondence are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation and for reasonable business-record purposes. Ask for deletion any time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top.
